Helen Fitzgerald's is pleased to offer the live bar entertainment each Tuesday-Saturday evening. We do not allow live entertainment or DJ's in our banquet rooms.

 

Guests that are under age 21 are not allowed in the bar area past 9:00 p.m. This includes the game room. Minors attending banquets are to remain in the banquet room except for bathroom breaks.

 

Please do not hesitate to inquire of any additional requests you may have and we will try to accomodate if possible.

 

Cancellations are excepted in writing only. Deposits will be refunded only if event is canceled 30 days prior to the event. In the event of circumstance out of our control, we will try to accommodate you at one of our other locations or reschedule your event within 30 days. If the event is not rescheduled during that time period, your deposit will be refunded.

Set-up fee of $100.00 for bar (non refundable) includes first hour of bartending.

A 12 x 12 mirrored tile is accented with a beautiful crystal candle centerpiece to create a warm ambiance to your event. If you have any additional centerpieces or favors that you would like us to set on the table, we will do so as long as it's provided to our banquet staff prior to your event. Confetti and anything to be attached to the walls or ceilings is not permitted.

Requirements

 

The minimum guest numbers for the banquet rooms are charged as follows for THE RENDEZVOUS & DERBY ROOM ONLY:

 

Sunday - Wednesday

    Lunch - minimum 25 guests

    Dinner - minimum 30 guests

    Both Rooms require a minimum of     70 guests for AM or PM

 

Thursday - Saturday

    Lunch - minimum 30 guests

    Dinner - minimum 45 guests

    Both Rooms require a minimum of     70 guests for AM or PM

 

Minimum guest counts during the months of November and December are subject to change. Please consult with the banquet manager.

 

ACTUAL CHARGE is based on:

    • The amount of guests attending        the function.

    • The final guest count given 5        days prior to the event.

    • The minimum requirement for the        room, whichever is greater.        Children under 3 are not applicable        in the guest count.

 

Full payment is due at the conclusion of the event.

 

 

 

The standard set up in our banquet rooms are 60 inch round tables set up for 8 guests. We set up each table with white tablecloths and white linen napkins. All buffet tables, cake tables and beverage stations are skirted.

 

 

All banquets are served on our white china plates and are accompanied by silverware. For evening events the place setting also includes a glass goblet on the table.

 

 

We do offer a dessert selection upon request. If you choose to bring in your own cake, you're responsible for the cake cutting. Cake cutting is available at .50 per slice.
